Zytu has created a very detailed content rating system that is very similar to movie ratings, which we are all very familiar with. Zytu's rating system includes iG, iPG, and iPG13. You can find detailed information about each of the levels by following the 'Rating Information' link at the bottom of this page. Zytu is committed to not showing any content that contains anything inappropriate for these three levels.

Virtually ALL user driven content on the Zytu.org websites must receive a content rating before it becomes available for Zytu users. All of the following Zytu content is rated: usernames, profile pictures, videos, video titles, video descriptions, video comments, video tags, photos, photo titles, photo descriptions, photo comments, and photo tags.

When users come to browse the Zytu.org websites, without setting up an account, they will only see content that has been given an iG rating. To gain access to additional content, users can create a Zytu account, in which they will choose the levels of content that they would like their account to have access to. For example, if I set up a new account today, I would be asked what is the highest content rating that I would like my account to have access to (up to iPG13). If I chose iPG as the highest rating, I would only see rated iG and iPG content while logged into my account. With this type of account, you can edit your account and change the level of access that you'd like to see at any time.

Once users have established an account with Zytu, as described above, they will also be able to create additional sub-accounts within their account. This feature allows users to maintain control of the ratings that each of these sub-accounts will have access to. For example, if I have a personal Zytu account in which I have access to content up to the iPG13 rating, but I have a daughter that I would like to only be able to see iG content, I could set up a sub-account for her and restrict her access to only iG content. With that account, she will be able to login to her own account and enjoy the Zytu website content and its feature without ever seeing content of a higher rating than iG, and she will not be able to change the ratings that she has access to. You will retain control of her rating access from within your account.
